Mobile Fitness:
No more waiting for equipment at the gym. Mobile personal training is a great way to save time and money traveling to the gym by having a trainer come to YOU and work out in an environment that your feel comfortable in.

 

Personal Training:

 

Personal training is perfect for those who like individual private coaching. Each session is designed specifically for you with your goals in mind. Suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.

 

One on one sessions are available, or if YOU prefer to train with a friend up to 3 people can join in on a session, making personal training even more fun and affordable.
Every client who participates in Personal Training sessions receive a Motivation File, this outlines fitness appraisal results (retesting is done every 4 - 6 weeks to ensure that goals are being reached), record of short term and long term goals, food diary, exercise record, exercise homework diary, etc. This is a living document and is regularly updated.

 

First session is absolutely FREE. YOUR session will include your fitness appraisal and some simple exercises to give you an idea of what to expect at your next sessions.
Group Fitness:
Working out with a group is a fun way to get fit, and keeps you motivated, as you will become part of a team! Get fit with a group of friends, or meet new friends. A fun and social way of working out and become fit and healthy.
Sessions are outdoors, and suit all levels of fitness. Sessions are designed to work your "whole body". Your sessions will burn body fat, increase your strength, endurance and flexibility, as well as increasing your core abdominal strength to have you feeling at your best and ready to take on the world.

 

Sessions are 4 - 8 participants to ensure individual attention for all involved.
